A healthy, strong and vibrant body has natural life force energy (also known as source energy, universal energy, Chi, Prana and Ki) flowing through it seamlessly. Throughout the body is a network of energy channels called meridians, and energy centres called chakras. Life force energy moves through and around these meridians and chakras, from the top of our head to the tips of our toes and back up again. Our life force flow is directly connected to the quality of our health and wellbeing.
Life force energy is everywhere and we ‘top up’ on it every day by absorbing it from our environment such as food, drink, exercise, air, sunlight and from the ground below as we walk barefoot. This energy helps our body heal, renew, and regenerate. When the flow is seamless, we’re strong and vibrant. When the flow is blocked or restricted, it shows up in many ways including lethargy, tiredness, weakness, stress, anxiety and feeling lost. This can then manifest as sickness or dis-ease.
Blocks and restrictions in our meridians and chakras can be removed through simple activities such as meditation which stills the mind and makes space for energy to flow. Other activities include exercise, eating clean foods, drinking plenty of water etc. However, some energy blocks and restrictions are harder to remove and adjust and if you feel off balance and misaligned, then it might be time to seek professional support. This is where I can help.

What methods do you use to rebalance life force energy at Frequency Therapies?
I use traditional Usui Reiki and Crystal Therapy to deliver deeper shifts. I tap into your life force energy and sense imbalances. Working with intuition, knowledge, and skills, I’m able to rebalance the flow of your life force energy.
What is Crystal Therapy and what do you do?
Crystal Therapy is a form of vibrational medicine. Crystals have their own unique properties and can hold and emit energy vibrations. They’re placed on and around you to activate and support the natural self-healing process, and it’s their piezoelectric charge that is believed to interact with the magnetic/electrical field around the body. This assists the flow of energy by clearing, transmuting, removing, and replenishing the subtle energies, allowing the body to return to its natural energetic rhythm.
Crystal Healing energy can also be sent by proxy as distant healing.
I utilise a whole array of methods depending on what I feel would be beneficial for you:
Use of light webs to amplify energy, chakra balancing webs to assist the flow of energy, grounding webs, centring webs and emotional healing webs.
Light therapy with quartz points to balance the magnetic field/aura.
Crystal grids.
Aura cleansing, healing, sealing and protection.
Chakra clearance.
Meridian clearance.

How is Reiki administered?
Reiki is administered when The Practitioner places their hands very lightly and passively on or near various parts of the client’s body, channelling life force energy into them. These positions cover the major organs and chakras. The client may feel a sensation of warmth which can turn into heat or become quite cold. On some occasions they may sense warmth in different parts of their body in contrast to where the Practitioner is working. Reiki can also be sent by proxy as distant healing.
So can you see how combining Crystal Therapy and Reiki in tandem can help client’s make deeper more significant shifts?!
What does a typical Crystal-Reiki session look like at Frequency Therapies?
A typical session lasts 1.5 - 2hrs.

You tell me what’s going on with you. Please be open minded as the issue may indeed be something else but is showing up as what you’re feeling.

You choose a crystal elixir based on what you’re drawn to. You’ll drink this at the end of the session.

You choose which crystals you’re drawn to from my extensive library. These will be placed around you.

You lay on the couch fully clothed. You’re covered with a blanket to keep you warm.

You’re taken through a guided visualisation to help relax you.

I’ll ‘scan’ you with the palm of my hand (hand hovers a few inches over your body) and will pull out crystals which I feel would be beneficial to you.

A grid of crystals is created on and/or around you. You’ll absorb the life force energy from these, and the geometric conformation they’re placed in.

I work in your energetic field/aura to heal and seal any issues I find.

Usui Reiki is performed. Hands off or hands on – whatever you prefer.

You’re given your crystal elixir water to drink.
What does it feel like during the session?
Some people sense colours, vivid images, feel heat/coolness. Some people may feel a temporary discomfort where there’s a significant block, but which then subsides as energy begins to flow more freely. Some people may feel spacey, some may become emotional and cry. All these sensations are perfectly normal and indicate clearance of blocked energies. Some people may feel nothing and simply feel more relaxed.
What about after the session?
Most clients feel calm, relaxed and rebalanced after the session, and your body continues healing itself for many weeks after.
Keep hydrated by drinking plenty of clear water daily, which further aids elimination of toxic energy and helps ground you.
Things may come up emotionally, and often you can feel worse before you feel better. Please note that this is very normal, so allow whatever comes up to come up, and out to release it. Results may show a few weeks later.
How many sessions do I need?
Every individual is different, so the number of sessions required depends on the nature of the issue.
